    We are still planning to conduct this Land Auction on Friday, March 27th @ 10:00 A.M., BUT PLEASE NOTE: The sale will be conducted outside at 141 Hwy. # 7 (Intersection of Hwy. #7 & N28) in the Northwest corner of Fonda. Buyers can remain in their vehicles to bid or if one stands outside respect proper social distancing. Our Auction Staffs will do all we can to accommodate you.

    ALSO, with the current COVID-19 Virus concerns, we respectfully ask that only serious bidders attend.  We will post the sale results and the names of the respective Buyers shortly following the sale for those interested.     TERMS OF SALE

    Purchaser(s) will be expected to pay 10% of the purchase price on day of sale and sign a standard real estate contract agreeing to pay the balance on or before April 27, 2020. Full possession to be given upon closing. Seller may grant authority to Buyer(s) to begin spring tillage and/or planting.
