Green Real Estate & Auction Company is located in West Central Iowa in the county seat town of Sac City, in Sac County, Iowa. Mike J. Green and Jim R. Green are the current owners and operators of the firm. Mike is a fourth generation auctioneer and Real Estate Broker since 1977 and Jim is the fifth generation auctioneer and Real Estate Salesperson since 2008.
Since 1894, and five consecutive generations of Green auctioneers, Green Real Estate & Auction Company has strived to offer honest and professional auction and real estate services.
We offer complete auction services, including Auctioneering, Clerking/Cashiering and complete sale management. Experienced in the auction sales of real estate, farms, farm machinery & equipment, estate, antique and household sales, as well as gun and sportsman type auctions.
