Jim Green
Jim was born and raised in Sac City and graduated from Sac Community Schoolsand then attended Iowa State University where he received his Bachelors Degree in Marketing. After graduation Jim worked for one of the top real estate firms in Central Iowa before returning home to join the family business. He considers himself one of the lucky people that thoroughly enjoy what they do on a daily basis. His passion for the real estate & auction business have allowed him the opportunity to work across Iowa and the surrounding States at different types of auctions as a contract auctioneer. He also loves the challenge of the ever changing technology that is involved in the real estate & auction industry and is proud of the software they have developed to better serve their customers. Jim and his wife Cassie have 3 children, Max, Noah, & Madi and live on an acreage just oustide of Sac City. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, volunteering for local fundraisers, coaching his kids in their different sports, & attending Iowa State football and basketball games.
Jim prides himself on his work ethic to ensure that he does whatever it takes to help his clients achieve their goal. He is a firm believer that it doesn't matter how big or small the property/item is, he approaches them all with the same care, honesty & sincerity.

Ally Villhauer
Ally grew up on an acreage just south of Sac City and attended East Sac County Community School District. She graduated from high school in 2016. Upon graduation, she attended the University of South Dakota where she majored in Business Administration with a primary focus on Supply Chain Management and Business Law. Ally graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration in 2019.
After graduation, Ally moved back to Sac City where her and her husband Chris purchased their first home. Ally worked as a Personal Banker for a local bank for a little over a year until she accepted her current position as a Process Improvement Coordinator at a local county hospital.
Ally enjoys spending time with her friends and family while also taking many trips to Wyoming with her husband Chris.
Ally became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in October of 2021 and looks forward to serving Sac County and other surrounding counties.

Gabby Marti
Gabby grew up in a farm family in small town Waukon, IA (NE IA). Throughout her childhood, she gained an appreciation for the agricultural industry and community. This appreciation led her to Iowa State University to major in agricultural business and economics. Shortly after her graduation in 2021, she moved to Arthur, IA to begin her current role as a grain merchandiser at POET Grain. Through this role, she finds fulfillment in being a helping hand, reliable contact, and trustworthy partner to all those she serves.
Gabby lives on an acreage north of Arthur with her husband Elliott. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, traveling to new places, and refurbishing furniture.
No matter the goal, Gabby aims to make your real estate experience as seamless as possible and looks forward to serving Ida, Sac and the surrounding counties.

Elliott Bengford
Elliott is an Arthur Iowa native. From a young age, he followed his grand father around to every auction in the area and spent every Saturday in the Denison sale barn. He became very fond of his grandfathers herd of cows and later on in life got some of his own but most importantly found his passion for auctioneering. After high school Elliott pursued that passion at the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason city, and then headed to DMACC to take on ag business. He now resides north of Arthur with his wife Gabby. He enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time. He is more than excited to help you with any real estate or auction needs!
