Farm 1 will be offered on basis of 38.59 net taxable acres with a CSR2 rating of 81.5, Farm 2 will be offered on basis of 79 net taxable acres with a CSR2 rating of 80.2 and Farm 3 will be offered on basis of 74.82 net taxable acres with a CSR2 rating of 84.3. *Acres on Farms 2 & 3 subject to change once survey is completed.
