There are NO abstracts to the properties, if a Buyer would like any title searches done prior to bidding that will be the Buyers expense.

    The terms of the auction will be as follows: Purchaser(s) will be expected to pay 25% of the purchase price on day of sale and sign a standard real estate contract agreeing to pay the balance in full on or before June 30, 2025. The properties will be conveyed via Quit Claim Deed, there will be NO abstracts provided for any of the properties. Possession will be given upon closing. There are no Buyer contingencies of any kind. All potential bidders are expected to have financial arrangements made prior to bidding. AUCTIONEER represents OWNER/SELLER(S) in this real estate auction and resulting transactions. Any announcements made day of sale will supersede any advertising.
