The terms of the auction will be as follows: Purchaser(s) shall pay 10% of the purchase price on
day of sale and sign a standard real estate contract and shall pay the balance on or before January 10,
2025. Possession given upon closing, subject to the current farm lease which has been terminated and
will expire on March 1, 2025. Real Estate Taxes will be pro-rated to the date of closing. There are no
