A 160.95 acre farm which will be offered as two parcels. PARCEL 1A: The East 80.43 acres and PARCEL 1B: The West 80.52 acres. TERMS OF SALE

Purchaser(s) shall pay 10% of the purchase price on day of sale and sign a standard real estate contract agreeing to pay the balance on or before July 31, 2024. Possession given upon closing, subject to the current farm leases. Real Estate Taxes will be pro-rated to the date of closing. There are no Buyer contingencies of any kind.
