GENERAL DESCRIPTION & METHOD OF SALE

PARCEL #1: Containing 148.12,m/l,  taxable acres of bare land. Includes approx.137.10 Cropland acres w/CSR2 of 94.2 with the balance being in a waterway and small pond area.

PARCEL #2 containing 101.74, m/l,  taxable acres of bare land with approx. 98 Cropland acres w/CSR2 of 95. The successful high bidder will have choice of Parcel # 1, Parcel # 2 or may select both parcels. In the event the high bidder selects both parcels, the sale is over. In the event the high bidder selects one parcel, the remaining parcel will then be offered.
