          A 78.39 acre parcel of land located in Section 1 of Maple River Township, Carroll County, Iowa. This is a gently rolling parcel of land which is primarily all tillable, except for a creek/waterway area and normal roadway easements. Primarily Nicollet, Webster & Clarion soils with an average CSR of approximately 79.09.

          Carroll County FSA indicates approximately 71.30 cropland acres of which there are approximately 8.40 acres enrolled in a CRP Buffer strip program.
